London's Call
The city of London fills my dreams with all it's magic and all it's beings. The age old buildings and churches stand proud as Big Ben bellows and echos loud.It's cobble stone streets from yester year remind of times true and dear. If only they could speak of what they have seen would any one be listening? Horse drawn carriages and merchants lovers and choir, Chivalry and life and oh yes, there are things not nice like plagues and fires and even mice. Many people have paid the price. Yet the city still stands in all its glory. Beautiful and full of story. With tales of loves, hopes and dreams and many many other things. The sun now sits upon the cities spires it's light glinting on the many window pains like magical sparkles casting fingers of light on dark allies long and narrow and the quiet singing of a little sparrow. Cant you feel feel it? The magic there? It calls us home from every where. coast to coast the whole world over. If you doubt it I don't care because it calls to me I swear . A friend that's there when it's to much to bear a friend who cares when your down in pain even though they have nothing to gain. They brighten your spirits and smooth the hurt when your down and low and feel like dirt. They make you smile if just for a while and tell you when your being stupid again.. They see past the surface deep inside and call you on it when they know you lied. They see what's you and do not care when everyone else stops to stare. With a friend like that you can spread your wings and do the things in your dreams. They encourage and push when you have given up. And never cave in when you when you say you cant do it again. A silent tear falls from my chin, dare I fall In love again? Will this love fall apart? Should I give him all my heart? Ive asked these questions a dozen times. I thought I was broken and could not love. I knew I needed mending and time could not heal. Here he is though in my heart and from his side I shall not part. He showed me kindness he showed his love. He mended my heart . And i gave it to him freely right from the start. I did not ask the questions that I usually did. I didn't have to. For our love is true. Green and Black It gives no slack. Purple on ice It's no sacrifice. White On gold it is so bold and even has rewards I've told. Yellow on red It's in my head from the time I rise till I go to bed .And even in my dreams it seems. Brown and Tan, I'm its greatest fan. Dark and Light for it I'd fight. Gray and blue for it I do. I sat up under the Goddess moon I could feel my soul move and bloom. I imagine her way up there higher than life, lighter than air. Her power is always more than fair. I love her with my heart and soul I love her every where I go. I love her over here and there. I love here when I pray down here.. I cast my circle bold and bright . glowing in the dark of night I know she sees me in the light. I know she wants the best for me and i trust my goddess whole heartily. She blessed me with life you see like all the land and all the seas. Like a strong oak tree my heart wont sway Ill never ever look away not even for a single day. She fills my heart with warmth and love she wraps around me like a body glove. I speak in rhyme and in time to make my spell do quite well. The three fold rule is well to do . Darkness falls upon the Hill I cannot think I cannot feel. Life is worthless so whats the Deal? My heart is in broken parts unwilling to beat not able to start. whats the point in going on when everything feels so wrong. I pull a knife to take my life, no more pain no more strife. Why should I go on with Tears in my eyes? Why should I listen to all the bloody lies? Why do I care if people stare? My life is way to much to bare. Begone all of you that glare. If you don't understand me the I don't care. Come over , confront me. IF YOU DARE! But don't sit and Judge because your friend gave you a nudge. I am not one to hold a grudge. I push on through the sludge we call Life.. But many time I've sat in the dark with a knife. . Will you judge me If I make the cut?. Will you pity me when I'm gone? One quick cut it wont take long.
